If you are a counsellor or therapist you are familiar with the concept of supervision. Whatever the stage of your career, supervision can enhance your, and your clients, experience of therapy.
Qualifications
I am an approved Registered Counselling Supervisor with The Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada.
As such, my supervision services are process-based and focused on you and your effectiveness as a therapist.
How I can help you
The process I use enables you to develop insights into your own effectiveness as a therapist by reflecting your perceptual awareness of client issues and your reactions thereto.
From these insights come ways to improve your service to clients, develop your career and, at the same time, ensure your practice is as stress-free as possible.
How we do it
Sessions can be individual or group-based; as a single session or as part of a series; in person or Zoom.
Rates
Individual one hour sessions $120.00
Groups (3-4 persons) $80.00 each for two hour sessions.

Understanding and Managing Trauma (UMT Coursework)
This 8 week program encompasses an exploration to understand the impact that trauma has in your life or someone you know or work with. The course teaches simple concepts about trauma to learn how to manage it.
